Vastfire tactical light review

I was contacted by Vastfire on Amazon, asking me to review their tactical light. I love lights and the opportunity to try out new ones, so I was glad to try this one out. But is it a weapon light or a handheld flashlight? I put it through its paces to check it out and I even compared it to other lights I've reviewed.
