Replacing the window switch bezels in an '08 Nissan Altima

In this video, I replace my usual window switch bezels with fancy (fake) burl wood ones from a nicer Altima. Is it easy to do and is it worth it? Watch to find out. Spoiler: I'm quite happy with the results.
