Continuing my quest to fix my P0420 error without actually replacing my cat, I turn to Sea Foam. Hated by some, loved by others, it has been used as a solution for this issue. Did it work? Will it be permanent? Watch and see! Part 1 where I try a product that didn't work is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sIKikjg4yYA First, I want to thank my friend Doug for helping me out and lending a second hand on this one. Second, I have an update. At 260 miles after this process, the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light came back on. The car is still driving better, but it looks like I'll be getting the cat replaced after all. But this may work long enough if you need to register your vehicle.
