So in this video I put our tiny van kitchen to the ultimate festive test—limited counter space, the van hob, the Omnia oven, and the SQ grill—and I try to pull off a full-on Christmas roast with all the trimmings. I take you through the whole process from planning and prep (which is honestly half the battle in a small space) right through to cooking and serving it up inside the van.
