In this video, I shared a list of ESL companies that are hiring right now and are friendly for Filipino tutors—especially if you’re a newbie, an undergraduate, a student, a full-time mom like me, or someone with no online teaching experience yet. My goal is to give you a real “stepping stone” so you can start your work-from-home ESL journey and build confidence while teaching young learners (and even adults, depending on the platform). I also explained why online distance learning is growing so fast—because many students can’t attend traditional classes, live in remote areas, work full-time, or simply prefer independent learning. I included direct links to each company so you can check requirements and apply the right way. I also reminded everyone that I’m not part of these companies—everything I shared is based on research and feedback from teachers currently working there, and hiring details can change anytime depending on the company.
