Good morning, my friend. In this video I’m sharing my realistic 5AM morning routine as a SAHM turned working mom of three—and what I’m doing to find balance in real time. My goal is to be downstairs by 5:15 so I can get a 30-minute walk in (about a mile) on my walking pad, and I habit stack that time by listening to the Bible Recap on the Bible app. One of my big goals right now is hitting 10K steps at least four times a week—being realistic, keeping the promises I make to myself, and building my confidence back one morning at a time. After my walk, I start my “load a day” laundry system (it truly changed everything for me), shower to wake my body up, and then I get into my quiet time with the Lord. I’m working through 100 Days of Believing Bigger (for the third time) and it’s been so transformational for doubt, limiting beliefs, and getting out of agreement with negative thoughts. Then I do a simple skincare routine (because yes, moms deserve those 10 minutes), get dressed in comfy-but-put-together pieces, and jump into the morning rush—breakfast, smoothies, lunches, and getting my kids out the door for STEM club and early help day. I also share what’s been a game changer for my anxiety: no social media before 10AM. Starting my day in the Word, with affirmations rooted in Scripture, and moving my body has helped me reset before the chaos. Until next time— you got this, mama.
