I’m cooking up chicken from my ButcherBox order (because I’ve got a family of five and they eat like giants), and I’m seasoning it with my go-to lineup: Nature’s, Slap Ya Mama, sea salt, onion powder, and my most favorite—Pepperita. I add a little extra virgin olive oil, get that chicken going, and yes… I do clean my chicken. If you don’t, that is your business—I’m not judging. After the chicken starts cooking, I build the rest of the meal fast: green beans, diced onions, minced garlic, rice, and then I top it with cream of chicken and mushrooms.
