About This Video

In this video, I explain why I deleted Notion for my channel workflow and rebuilt everything inside Claude’s CoWork instead. The core problem I was trying to solve was the usual “content system sprawl” — too many pages, too many databases, and too much time maintaining the system instead of actually shipping videos. So I set out to create something that plans, scripts, and tracks my content in a way that feels lighter, faster, and more connected to the actual work. I walk through the full setup: a simple structure where 1 deal equals 1 folder (so every sponsorship or tool feature has a single home), plus templates that have best practices baked in so I’m not reinventing the wheel every time. Then I show the workflow in action — how I go from idea to plan to script to tracking progress, all in one place. If you’re building a content pipeline (or any repeatable work system), the big takeaway is that structure + templates + an AI layer can replace a lot of “Notion admin” and keep you focused on output.
