I felt like I needed to slow down a bit and leave the city for a bit so when my friend invited me to her home close to the beach in a little cottage in a small village, I decided to go. I mostly wanted to disconnect during this trip, spend time with friends, swim at the beach, but also this region in France was so beautiful that I ended up filming a bit so I could share with you the slow life in France.
