Is this the NEW king of mini air pumps for sleeping pads? Is it a Flextail Zero Pump killer? In this video I share my first impressions on the Rex-Creations Pad-Pal v5.2 sleeping pad inflator. This is made by a small cottage gear company out of California where one guy, Tyler Reeves, designs and makes niche and ultralight hiking gear like this little pump. It's a clever design with a lot of thought put into it. And man is it lightweight! Whether or not you are into ultralight backpacking, this camp gadget is pretty cool.
