Physio in Isolation. Day 10 of 10. Video Series 7/7 Here is a list of things I cannot wait to do tomorrow: 1. to shower 2. to run 3. to chat with my wife not through a window or door 4. to cook for my wife 5. to have a proper desk set up 6. to see people in the flesh... at work (oh lockdown!) 7. to get my own water when I need it 8. to be in another room of the house. 9. to go outside (how is this so far down the list!!) 10. to put my lockdown habits into action So I don't fall out of the habit... I'll share my new habits with you so you can keep me accountable. They are; 1. Do preventative rehab for low back and shoulders 5 times a week. 2. Journal each day. 3. Say yes less and no more/ create margin. 4. Play the guitar 7 times a week. 5. Practice thankfulness every day. Write it down. Enough of the above, I would love to hear from you!
