This vlog is me continuing Step 1 of the Big Yarn Move: getting all of my yarn into my yarn room and figuring out what the next right step actually is. My morning started with that familiar “I don’t know what to do next” feeling, and I could feel a spiral trying to start—like I was about to rip everything apart just to feel productive. Instead, I talked myself through it while I consolidated tubs, cleaned up the space, and corralled project bags so the room could feel usable again. The biggest shift in this video is what happened when I realized I didn’t have “Step 2” written down. The second I wrote it—“Yarn Car Studio”—my brain calmed down and I could refocus. I also check in on my mosaic crochet (my Aries and Virgo panels) and start thinking through how I want to organize project bags by crochet type (mosaic, Tunisian, interlocking, and more). I even revisit my older yarn car videos to see what worked, what didn’t, and what kind of portable setup makes sense for me now. The takeaway is simple but huge: one clear next step prevents overwhelm, and it keeps the whole process moving—one step at a time.
