Happy New Year and welcome to my first vlog of 2025! This layover vlog was actually filmed right before Christmas, but I wanted to kick off the year with a real-life look at how my days can change on a dime when I’m working. I went into the day thinking I’d head into New York City, but the weather had other plans—rain pretty much took over before I could make it happen. So instead of forcing it, I pivoted and spent my layover day in Connecticut, exploring and making the most of where I was (because that’s honestly a huge part of flight attendant life). This vlog is more of a cozy, realistic travel day vibe—layover decisions, adjusting plans, and still finding little moments to enjoy even when things don’t go exactly how you pictured.
