About This Video

Almost four years into being a flight attendant and I’m still figuring out what “healthy” even looks like in this lifestyle. In this video, I talk honestly about why flight attendant life makes it difficult to stay consistent—your schedule changes constantly, you’re running on airport time, and you’re surrounded by convenience food when you’re tired, rushed, or stuck on a long travel day. I share how the job can mess with routines like meal planning, workouts, sleep, and even just drinking enough water, especially when you’re bouncing between early report times, delays, and layovers. I’m not coming at this from a “perfect wellness” angle at all. My goal is balance and improvement, not perfection, and I say that because I know how easy it is to feel like you’re failing when your week doesn’t look like a normal 9–5 routine. I also talk through the mindset shift that’s helped me: focusing on small wins, making better choices when I can, and giving myself grace when the day is just one of those days. If you’re a flight attendant (or you travel a lot) and you’ve been struggling to live healthy on the go, this is basically me saying: you’re not alone—and I’m determined to keep working it out too.
