We tried all the snacks we were OBSESSED with as kids… and let’s just say some of them should’ve stayed in the past 😭 From Dunkaroos to Fruit Roll-Ups to all the random things we begged our parents for — do they actually still taste good, or were we just delusional?? About This Video

In this video, I dragged my friends (and our stomachs) straight back to childhood and we tried a whole lineup of nostalgic snacks… then ranked them on my very serious tier system: S = “savor this moment,” N = “Niagara Falls could never,” A = fine/acceptable, and C = “can’t believe this was made.” We started off already mourning the Scooby-Doo fruit snacks because the iconic opaque blue gummy is GONE, and honestly? The flavor was giving “lack of flavor.” From there it only got more chaotic: Cosmic Brownies had the texture but the taste was basically fake food / Play-Doh energy, and Kool-Aid Bursts were literally red dye 40 in a bottle with an aftertaste that did not need to exist. But then we had some real wins. Junior Dippers were shockingly good (artificial aftertaste can be amazing, sorry!), oatmeal cream pies were a comfort snack moment, and the cheese balls + circus animal cookies were S-tier in a “crafted in a lab with love and care” way. We also did dumb challenges (Fruit by the Foot survivor-suck challenge), argued over Dunkaroos, and ended with candy bracelets that were cute for aesthetics but almost took a tooth out. The takeaway: nostalgia lies… but sometimes it absolutely eats.
