Will Lidl sue me for posting this?

After watching my friend's Lidl shopping video on Instagram showing some GORGEOUS orchids I hurried over to Lidl to see if the one near me was as fabulous as the one she showed. I was filming my shopping trip to Lidl supermarket when an employee warned me that I could be sued if I filmed and posted my video! Have you ever heard of such a thing? I stopped filming in the store but I will show you what I purchased when I got home.
