Both the Always Pan and the Possible Pan are made of aluminum and can be used on gad, electric, induction, and ceramic stovetops. The Ninja Foodi Possible Pan is oven safe to 500⁰ Farenheit while the Always Pan is NOT oven safe. The Ninja Possible Pan has a larger capacity at 4 quarts versus the Our Place Always Pan at 2.6 quarts. The Ninja Possible Pan is made of anodized aluminum giving it a nonstick surface and can be used at high heat. The Always Pan has a ceramic nonstick coating and low to medium is recommended
