Carrot orange ginger Juice RECIPE 1 to 2-inch piece of fresh ginger 2 medium navel oranges, peeled, ends trimmed, cut in 2-inch pieces 4 medium carrots, peeled, ends trimmed, cut in 2-inch pieces Select start/stop, then gradually add ingredients into the feed shoot and the order listed. Carrot orange spice Bread recipe 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking POWDER 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup orange, carrot, and ginger pulp 2 eggs 1/2 cup canola oil 1 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar (we used light brown) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350⁰Farenheit Grease an 8" by 4" loaf Pan or a 12-cup muffin tin In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon In a large bowl mix together pulp, eggs, oil, sugars, and vanilla until combined Gradually add dry ingredients to the mixing bowl with the wet ingredients and combine Bake for 50 to 60 minutes for an 8 by 14" loaf or 15 to 20 minutes for muffins Bake until golden brown and allow to cool before serving
