Ninja Foodi Grill Pro on AMAZON https://amzn.to/3RoBzLo Oil Sprayer on Amazon https://amzn.to/3avgAWY Beautiful Trizone Airfryer from Walmart https://www.walmart.com/ip/Beautiful-9QT-TriZone-Air-Fryer-White-Icing-by-Drew-Barrymore/828144406 Curry soy marinated chicken wings with Tapioca flour recipe Sweet Savant 2 pounds of chicken wings 1/4 cup of less sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons of curry powder 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (more or less to taste) 1 cup of tapioca flour 1 tablespoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of kosher salt vegetable oil for spraying Marinate the chicken wings in soy sauce, curry powder, and Cayenne pepper overnight or for at least 3 hours. Combine the tapioca flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a large zip-top bag and shake the chicken wings in the tapioca flour mixture. Shake off excess flour and place the wings on a sheet pan. Spray both sides of the wings with vegetable oil and let the wings rest for 20 minutes. Preheat your air fryer to 425 degrees Fahrenheit Cook the chicken wings for 18 to 22 minutes depending on the size of your wings and the type of air fryer. Turn the wings halfway through cooking.
