The Weber Connect helps you keep track of the temperature and lets you know when it's time to flip your food and take it off. A Weber Kettle grill, Weber gas grill or any grill you have will do a wonderful job with this recipe. I used the reverse sear technique of starting the ribeye over indirect heat then moving it to direct heat to get a nice crust. I heated the grill to 350 degrees before starting and cooked the steaks to 105 degrees over indirect heat. I moved the ribeyes directly over the coals to finish them to 120 degrees.
