I'm using my Ninja Foodi SMART XL Grill on air fryer mode to cook 2 pork chops at the same time. If you are using a standard air fryer you may only be able to cook one pork chop at a time. Visit them at https://www.etporkybites.com/ for ordering and shipping Recipe for pork rinds crusted pork chops 4 bone in pork chops each about 1/2 inch thick 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper 1 cup of buttermilk 2 tablespoons of hot sauce 2 eggs 1/4 cup of mayonnaise 2 cups of pork rinds, crushed 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated Vegetable oil if you're frying Season the pork chops with salt and pepper then marinate the chops in the buttermilk and Kyvan hot sauce overnight. Preheat the Ninja Foodi XL grill on air fryer mode to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. If using the probe set the desired internal temperature to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Crush the pork rinds into crumbs.
