Remove the cover and let the water boil off for 3 to 5 minutes While the potatoes are cooking make the meatballs. Mix the bread crumbs with the beaten egg and add the ground beef and Italian sausage. Form into 16. meatballs. Move the potatoes to one side of the pan and add the meatballs. Place the pan in the oven for 15 minutes turn the meatballs and potatoes and return the pan to the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. The meatballs should reach a temperature of at least 165⁰Fahrenheit internally. For the sauce; Mix the cornstarch, pepper, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and lower sodium soy together.
