It's time to send my original Ninja Foodi pressure cooker, air fryer to Goodwill to make space for my new Ninja Foodi 8 quart pressure cooker steam fryer! I was the first YouTuber to show you the original Ninja Foodi when it first came out. it's still in good shape but I really wanted to try this newer version. The new Ninja Foodi OL701 Smart XL has one lid to pressure cooks and air fry instead of two. It does everything the original Ninja Foodi does but it also proofs bread. This SMART version has a thermometer to take the guesswork out of cooking. Sweet Savant Chicken and Rice recipe RECIPE 4 chicken thighs 2 teaspoons of adobo 1 tablespoon of oil 1 cup chopped white onion 1 cup chopped red bell pepper 3 cloves garlic, chopped 2 bay leaves 2 cups of long-grain white rice 2 and 1/3 cups of water or broth Season the chicken thighs with adobo and coat with oil. Heat the Ninja Foodi Sear/Sauté level 4 and brown the chicken on both sides. Remove the chicken and sauté the vegetables. Wash and drain the rice then add the rice to the pot. Stir in the water, Knorr bouillon and add the chicken Pressure cook for 3 minutes at high pressure and select delayed release. Broil the chicken for 4 minutes and serve
