2 YEAR REVIEW Ninja Foodi Neverstick PREMIUM

My Ninja FOODI Neverstick PREMIUM 5 quart sauté pan chipped after 2 years of use. I purchased the pan on Amazon November 2020 and have been using it almost daily since then. It really has been my "go-to" pan for one pan dinners and easy cleaning. The Ninja Foodi Neverstick PREMIUM 5 quart pan with lid has a 10 year warranty but there are certain conditions that can void the guarantee. Normal wear and tear, scratches from knives, and damage from heating to over 500⁰ (among other things) is not covered. Be sure to read guarantee information before purchasing. It's wise to register your products when you purchase in case you need warranty assistance. Ninja Kitchen's customer service was excellent and handled the situation professionally and quickly. There is a fee to ship a replacement product so be aware of that.
