About This Video

In this one I did a super silly, chaotic damage test on the original 6 UR DPS units in SD G Gen Eternal, just to get a feel for what “peak” damage looks like when my stuff isn’t perfectly maxed. A bunch of these aren’t fully where I want them (janky part: Exia and Unicorn aren’t even at 2-stars), so I tried to “simulate” missing stats by using a 10% ATK module boost. It’s not perfect, it’s not some lab-grade showcase, but it’s good enough to see how these units function and where the damage is really coming from (spoiler: crits matter a lot). I ran Crossbone X1, Unicorn, Exia, and Striker Custom first and you can immediately see the gap. Exia’s multi-hit setup is why I keep calling it the goat—three attacks with a similar ATK stat just adds up, and when you simulate max MP, it gets even more disgusting. Striker Custom was also straight up nasty, and it made X1 look worse than people probably want to admit. Then I swapped in “Easy 8” with a battleship stat setup to compensate for missing stars, and it got goofy fast—enough that I had to bump it up in the ranking. Finally, I tested Sazabi, which has that below-50% HP stat bonus that I can’t really emulate here. Even so, the total damage across its hits landed it around a solid third for me, and it also has the best range, so it’s a classic win-some-lose-some unit. Overall, this was just something fun to do before anniversary news drops next week.
