In this video I finally sit down and rank the Gundam X series SSR formable units (and the relevant event stuff) in SD Gundam G Generation Eternal. Part two has been out for a while and I just hadn’t had the time, so I go unit-by-unit and talk about how I feel they perform, especially if you’re thinking about pushing them to SSP. I’m mainly looking at practical things like range, power, attack stat, movement, and how annoying the HP/condition requirements are to actually play around in real runs. For attackers, I’m not shy about it: I’m not the biggest fan of the big 2x2 units for maneuvering, and Patulia gets held back hard by low power even with SSP, so it lands low for me. I have Leoppard Destroy as my top pick (S) because the attack stat and “one shot killer” package just feels the cleanest, while Virsago Chest Breaker and G-Falcon DX sit in that A-tier zone depending on what you value and whether you’re judging opening turn performance. For support, Falcon GX is the easy A because it gives you the debuff spread and solid range without needing SSP, while Vertigo and Airmaster are basically the same idea so I keep them in B and don’t think you need to chase both. For durability, Double X is my A-tier “middle ground” tank that gets even nicer with SSP thanks to 6 move, while X Divider and Hermit Crab lag behind unless you really want to invest.
