In this video I’m getting hyped because in less than a day we’re finally getting the URs for AGE—UR AGE-2 Normal and UR AGE-1 Normal in SD Gundam G Generation Eternal. What caught me off guard right away is the order: they flipped it. It’s not AGE-1 then AGE-2, it’s AGE-2 then AGE-1, and I had to stop and just look at what they’re doing with the reveals. I react to the animations and the whole “mid transform” vibe, and AGE-1’s sequence had me laughing because they literally do this half-and-half transformation that just looks wild. It works more for AGE-1 because it’s symmetrical, but I don’t think you can pull that off with AGE-2 because of the shorter blade and the way the bins are set up—it just wouldn’t make sense. I also talk about Diva showing up, and how this isn’t the transformed Diva with the plasma beam cannon, it’s more of that AGE-1 timeline version. And yeah… I’m sitting close to 70K Haro and it’s about two months before anniversary, so I’m trying not to get folded—but as an AGE-2 fan, I might have to bite the bullet and do a few summons.
