In this video I’m breaking down the Rare Boss appearance for the Story Event—Apsaras III—and showing you a clean, pretty free-to-play way to clear it in SD G Generation Eternal. I run two squads: the “T of Snow” side (which has gotten insanely good support over the last few months) and a Lightning Fast team on the other side because it’s still just dominant. I’m also leaning on Shin again because, I mean… he’s the best pilot. What do you want me to say? The main idea is simple: open with three debuffs right off the bat and the fight becomes super manageable. You do need to respect Apsaras III’s map attack though—its range is annoying (4x10 / 4x7), so positioning matters a lot. I prioritize taking out the Gouf Flight Type early because the extra support defense makes it a pain if you let it sit. From there I’m rotating range boosts, special weapon debuffs, and steady damage while keeping units out of bad map-attack lines. Big takeaway: because the stage has volcano tiles blocking movement, bring units with at least 4–5 range so you don’t get stuck like I did with Justice not reaching when I wanted the finish. Even with that small hiccup, this rare boss is one of the easier event clears once you follow the debuff-first game plan.
