It's a bit of a hurdle for some people – “Is coaching worth it?” If you're thinking about coaching as a cost, then it's probably not going to be something that you want to go ahead with. But let me suggest to you that if coaching is going to work, you have to think of it as an investment. And, of course, the implication of that is that an investment produces a return.
