In this video I share a song I wrote about being a teenager — that strange in-between season where everything feels too loud, too tender, and somehow both endless and fleeting at the same time. I’m writing from inside that liminal space, so the song is less “looking back” and more like a little field note from the middle of it: the growing pains, the softness, the ache, and the small bright moments that keep you going. I also weave in a bit of the wider woodland world I’m always carrying with me — that druid-adjacent way of noticing what’s alive, what’s changing, and what’s asking to be honoured.
