Are these Budget Dive Lights Actually Worth It?

In todays video I am reviewing the LetonPower Submariner series. I am going to show you the features and differences between the tiny 14s, my easy favourite the 16 and the large 26s. These lights currently range from $35USD to $99 USD which is insanely cheap. I used to pay 100's for plastic name brand lights that never worked.
