If you’re doing bulk emails, bulk email verification, or bulk data extraction, you need proxies—simple. If you don’t use proxies, your IP is going to get blacklisted, and then you can’t access certain websites again or keep extracting data. In this video I show you how I get SOCKS5 proxies for free, how I extract them properly, and how I check which ones are actually alive. My workflow is straightforward: I go to spys.one, filter to the SOCKS proxy list, and increase the list size (I set it to 200). Then I copy everything and paste it into the proxy extractor on proxy-list.org to pull out the proxy data cleanly. After that, I take the extracted list into Proxy-Seller’s proxy checker to test validity and speed—because free proxies get used a lot, so many will be dead or extremely slow. Once I’ve filtered to “working only,” I save the active proxies, and then I re-extract/format them back into clean IP:Port so I can use them in my tools and workflows.
