In this video, I show you the best way to send bulk emails using your Gmail account without making it obvious to everyone on your list. I log into Gmail, hit Compose, and then I pull a clean list of emails from my leads sheet (these are business leads I extracted with LeadHarvester Pro). I filter out blanks, copy the emails into Notepad, and then I paste one address in the “To” field and put the rest inside BCC. The key takeaway is simple: use BCC so recipients don’t see the full list of other email addresses. If you use “To” or CC for everyone, you’re basically telling every lead that you blasted the same email to multiple people, and that’s not what you want for cold outreach. I also walk through adding your subject, pasting your message template, and inserting a clean hyperlink using Gmail’s “insert link” option. Finally, I’m honest about limits: Gmail has a cap (about 500 emails per day). If you want to go beyond that, you need your own SMTP setup or a purchased SMTP.
