In this video I show you how I extract emails from almost any source using Mail Grab. It’s a Chrome extension that lets me build a search query (keyword + sites + email domains + location) and then scrape emails automatically. I walk you through installing it the right way (load unpacked from the extracted zip), pinning it in Chrome, and setting it up so it runs hands-free while it collects leads. I also break down the settings that actually matter: turning on auto extract, auto pagination, setting your max pages, and adding a delay so it doesn’t move too fast. Then I test real examples like “designer” + LinkedIn.com with gmail/yahoo filters and a city like Dallas, and you can see the leads stacking up page by page. Once you’re done, I show how to stop, export CSV, open in Excel, and clean your list with invalid cleanup + remove duplicates. The big takeaway is simple: change your keyword, city, and sites (Yelp, Yellow Pages, etc.) and you can scale your list building fast—just keep testing because some niches/cities won’t have many emails per page.
