In this video, I show you a legit way to grab thousands of free proxies in 2025 and still stay safe for the kind of work we do—data extraction, bulk email verification, and automation testing. I walk you through the exact site I use to extract bulk proxies (freeproxy.world), and I explain why proxies matter: if you keep hitting websites or sending/validating from one IP, that IP can get blacklisted or banned, and then your emails start landing in spam or your scraping starts failing. I also show you how I validate the proxies, because not all of them will work. I copy proxies page by page (HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS options are there), paste them into ProxyScrape’s proxy filter to remove the junk, then run them through the online proxy checker to separate dead proxies from live ones.
