About This Video

This is a very quick one. In this video, I guide you on how you can find designers—graphic designers, UI/UX designers, logo designers, whatever designer you’re looking for—without overcomplicating it. And mind you, I’m a UI/UX designer myself, so if you’re specifically looking for UI/UX, you can just get in contact with me and I’ll be glad to help. But if you want to recruit designers for your own projects (startup, agency, freelancing, school work), I show you a simple method that’s beginner-friendly and actually works. I use a tool called Recruitin.net to quickly pull up designer profiles, and I prefer using it with Dribbble because Dribbble is basically made for designers. The workflow is simple: type the skill you want (like “UIUX designer” or “product designer”), optionally exclude profiles with no contact info, then open the results in Google search and start checking profiles. From there, you review portfolios, pricing, ratings, and use the “get in touch” or “request service” options to reach out directly. The main takeaway is: don’t just hire anyone—filter by skill, verify their work, and contact the right people fast.
