In this video I do a full no-sugar-coating review of the AULA Hero 84 HE — a gaming-focused Hall Effect (magnetic switch) keyboard that’s getting a lot of hype. I go through what you actually get in the box (manuals, extra switches, keycap puller, braided Type‑C cable, ribbon handle, and even a dust cover), then I break down the design and build. This thing is honestly one of the most stylish boards I own right now: side-engraved PBT keycaps for extra RGB glow, a purple tone light bar up top, decorative metal plates, and a clean overall look. I also talk about the key specs people care about: 8K polling rate, 0.1 precision, multiple sound-dampening layers, and a web-based driver that’s pretty decent. I briefly explain what magnetic switches are good for (adjustable sensitivity and actuation behavior for competitive play), but I’m also very clear about it: buying a magnetic keyboard won’t magically make you a better gamer. Then I do what most “influencer” reviews won’t — I open it up. I show the carbon fiber PC plate, foam around the spacebar, decent stabilizers, and the internal dampening stack (including a piece of foam that’s basically useless). I add extra packing foam to try improving the sound, but my final verdict stays the same: solid keyboard with lots of customization, but the stock Leobog Jade King magnetic switches are loud and clacky for my taste. The good part is it’s hot-swappable, so you can change magnetic switches and tune the sound to what you like.
