About This Video

In this student vlog, I’m heading into my last year of high school (school starts again in 2 days) and I finally picked up an iPad for studying — the iPad A16 (11-inch, 128GB, Wi‑Fi) plus the USB Apple Pencil. I unbox everything, talk through why I bought it, and share my first thoughts setting it up. I’ve been printing a lot because I love handwriting, but organizing all those papers became such a hassle — so my goal is to keep that handwritten feeling while making everything way more centralized and portable. After the setup, I do a full “what’s on my iPad” tour: my simple one-page home screen with widgets (Reminders, Calendar, Email, Weather, Battery, and even ChatGPT for quick study questions), plus folders for Google apps and Notion. I also give you a quick Notion tour of my dashboard, exam schedule views, subject hubs (like Business Studies and Math), and my YouTube planning system. Then I show the creative apps I’m using (Procreate for thumbnails/overlays and learning digital art, Canva for on-the-go designs, Spotify), and Goodnotes — including my grid-paper setup and my 3-colour highlight system. Overall, this is me building a more accessible, productive digital study routine for Year 12 (and honestly, uni later too).
