In this Junior College Diaries vlog, I’m basically just trying to capture all the little moments that make JC life feel like… life, you know? It starts with a birthday party (yes, I changed into my PJs) and lots of chaos with my friends, then it’s food adventures like Thai omelette + chicken rice that I’ve been looking forward to the whole weekend. I also bring you along for hangouts where we’re taking pics, joking around, and just being very unserious. I also introduce the LUMOS EVOKE digital camera that Lumos kindly sent me. It shoots up to 64MP photos and 4K 30fps video, and it has 16 effects so you can get that aesthetic look without editing after (I’m obsessed with the cream effect because it’s such a soft vintage vibe). The flip screen is honestly my favorite because it makes taking selfies with friends so much easier, and the battery lasts me the whole day. Then we go out (USS day vibes) where queues are insane so we end up riding the same ride twice, discover the big Ferris wheel, and end the vlog with more O-Week energy like “final day of O-week” moments. It’s my way of romanticizing time passing so fast as a teenager and keeping these memories for real.
