Spawn Grain Comparison: Millet, Popcorn, Amaranth (PART 2)

What is the best grain to use in spawn jars for growing mushrooms? I think we can declare the winner: POPCORN. Or so it would seem in this update to my experiment comparing millet, popcorn, and amaranth. Popcorn grew FAST mycelium via liquid culture. Beating out millet, and ready to spawn to a bulk substrate for mushroom fruiting.
