Instant Pot to Sterilize Mushroom Grain Spawn Jars? PART 2

Can you use an Instant Pot to sterilize grain or other substrate for growing mushrooms? In the second episode in this series we prepare the grain (millet) by par boiling for 20 minutes (low heat) and adding the rinse grain to the jars. and the jars are then put in the electric pressure cooker and we set the Instant Pot to Manual for 60 minutes.
