Instant Pot to Sterilize Liquid Culture

Liquid culture is AMAZING. And it's time I tried to use my Instant Pot to make my own liquid culture jars. The Instant Pot has proved successful in making grain spawn jars as well as pasteurizing bulk substrate. In this experiment I try distilled water, rain water, and filtered tap water to see if there is any differences. The recipes is very simple (Thanks Kim!): 1 tablespoon of Karo light syrup, 1/4 cup of coconut water, and then fill the rest of the pint jar with clean water (of your choice). I then put them in the Instant Pot for 30 minutes at high heat. The color changed a little in the Liquid Culture solution, so some caramelization may have happened.
