I Finally Got My DIY Eurorack Drum Module to Sound Right

After a lot of experimenting, false starts, and hard decisions, I finally landed on a DIY Eurorack-style module that actually sounds great. In this video, I introduce DrumFck — a drum module built around the standard Daisy Seed controller, using a workflow and format much closer to what I was already doing with the Arduino Nano. I start the video by showing the full range of drum sounds it can produce, then explain why this approach worked where others didn’t. I talk about why I ultimately *didn’t* pursue the Daisy Seed Patch Submodule. While it’s powerful and professional, it pushed me toward building “true Eurorack” modules — and that was never really the point of this project. I wanted something DIY, hackable, compact, and aligned with my original design goals.
