About This Video

In this cozy study session, I’m drawing faces/heads from different angles and just practicing the basics in a really chill, sketchbook-diary way. I go through a few “chapters” where I warm up, then build the head step-by-step—starting from simple shapes and guidelines, and then adjusting the features as the angle changes. The main idea is to stop guessing and start understanding how the head turns in space, so your faces don’t look “flat” when you try 3/4 view, side view, or more tilted angles. I also share the references I’m using (I keep mine on Pinterest) and how I organize my studies so it feels doable instead of overwhelming. If you want to learn alongside me, I mention Skillshare too—because having a structured class can really help when you’re stuck and don’t know what to practice next. Overall, this video is about making face studies feel calm and approachable: do small reps, focus on angle changes, and let it be messy while you learn.
