In this raw week-in-the-life (Italy part 2), I’m basically balancing two worlds at once: actually living the trip and still running the business. You’ll see me pack up and move Airbnbs, do a quick room tour, hop straight into client calls, and handle page management in between exploring the coast. It’s stormy, then it clears up, and I take advantage—sunrise work sessions on the balcony, runs along the water, cold dips in the infinity pool, and quick resets so I can stay locked in. I hit a few coastal spots like Otranto, Cala Acquaviva, Porto Miggiano, and Ponte Ciolo (yes, I did a cliff jump—sorry Mom). I also randomly stumbled into a cave tour that goes 170 meters deep, which was insane. Somewhere in the middle of all that, I break down one of the most important mindset concepts I’ve learned: paradigms—your beliefs and mental lens that either work for you or against you. The takeaway is simple: get conscious of your thoughts, reject the ones that don’t serve you, and over time you’ll build a lens that makes you see opportunity instead of limitation. Then I wrap it up heading to Bari at 4:30 a.m. for the flight home—ready to get back to the home base and fully lock in.
