The whole point of going live is to bring the community back together so we can talk in real time about what’s happening right now—who’s hiring, what companies are worth your time, and what it actually looks like to teach online in 2026 (not the fantasy version). If you’re newer, this is also a good intro to how I help teachers: I share free trainings (like my webinar and free course), and I’ve got paid options if you want a more structured path—going solo, building your own offers, and getting off the “platform hamster wheel.” I also mention tools and resources I personally point teachers to a lot—TEFL/TESOL options, payment tools like Wise, and platforms you can apply to while you’re building independence. The big takeaway: show up, stay plugged into the community, and start moving toward flexibility—whether that’s company teaching, independent teaching, or a mix of both.
