Waterfall Hike Lunch

In this episode I’ll take you on one of my all time favorite nature hikes in the central Ohio Hocking Hills State Park. We have a shore lunch by a waterfall where we make salmon aioli wraps and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. SALMON AIOLI WRAP RECIPE: Ingredients: Whole Wheat Wrap Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce Organic Microgreens Slice the following: Smoked Salmon Truffle Cheese Orange Bell Pepper Shallot Optional: Salt and Pepper DIRECTIONS: Spread aioli sauce onto one side of wrap. Layer with greens, salmon, Italian truffle cheese, bell pepper, and shallot. Salt and pepper to taste if desired. Fold wrap and enjoy! I was born and raised in Georgia and grew up, hunting, fishing, bushcrafting, camping, sailing and pretty much anything you could think to do in the great outdoors. I now live in Minnesota and the long, bitter cold winters are not at all something I’m used to but no one wants to put up with me being stuck inside for 9 months out of the year so we endeavor to persevere, brave the elements, bear, mosquitoes, Bigfoot, chupacabra, squirrel attacks and whatever else we encounter on our adventures.
