In this video I share my first listening impressions of three INTUAURA single dynamic driver IEMs after doing the unboxing: the Reference 2019, the Luna Plume, and the View Splendor II. I go straight into how each one is tuned, what genres they work best with, and where the weaknesses show up—because in this hobby, you really want to know what you’re getting into before you buy. The Reference 2019 is basically a Harman-2019-based set with tweaks that make it stand out: it’s bright, detailed, airy, and crisp, but also thin and lean in the bass, so it leans upper-mids/treble. It’s great for classical, jazz, and instrumentals, but if you listen to pop, sharp/sibilant tracks, or poorly mixed music, it can be too edgy. The Luna Plume is the warmest of the bunch—smooth, rich, balanced, and very natural in timbre with a vocal presentation I really enjoyed, though it’s not the most “technical” set. Then the View Splendor II is the most technical and detailed, bright and more V-shaped, with strong separation—but it can get sharp on the stock 3.5mm, and that’s where the included DSP cable helps smooth and balance it while keeping the detail.
