In this back-to-school prep vlog, I’m basically showing you what it looks like getting ready to return to uni in Nigeria (University of Nigeria). I did a mini haul of the things I bought from both the local market and the mall. I actually wanted to vlog properly in the market, but I was so confused and it didn’t feel safe to bring out my camera like that—so I just inserted a few clips so you can still see the vibe. I picked up a couple of essentials and little “life-savers” for school life: skincare bits (including a cream that smelled so nice and sunscreen—please, you guys should watch out for my sunscreen video), an oil perfume, hypo toilet cleaner, and even a table mirror I was honestly close to ordering from AliExpress. I also got hair essentials (if you wear weave and you don’t have multiple clips, you need them), plus room items like decorative flowers, LED strip lights, and a rechargeable lantern that’s also a fan and a lamp. Then I started packing and sorting what must go back with me versus what I can forfeit if my bag gets too full—because I’m going back in like three days and we needed to get it done.
