About This Video

Hi friends—if you have exams coming up and you’re feeling lost, this video is me giving you simple, realistic tips to ease the exam you’re about to write. I start with something I don’t joke with: setting goals before you study. When I have a clear reason (good grades, professional knowledge, or just proving to myself that I can), it keeps me going and stops the “why am I even doing this?” feeling. I also talk about choosing the right study environment based on your own self. If you know you can’t study in noise, don’t force it—go for calm places like the library or classrooms. And if noise is unavoidable, I share what helped me personally: white noise (not music with lyrics). When I started using white noise, I noticed I could study longer, stay focused, and even reduce the random thoughts that used to distract me. Then I go into timing (morning vs night—morning works better for me), having positive thoughts about your exams, and getting organized with a to-do list so you’re not wasting time. Finally, I break down the study techniques I recommend: active recall and spaced repetition—using questions, flashcards, blurting, or even saying it out loud, then revisiting the info after a couple of days. With all of this, nobody is dragging that A away from you—seriously.
